Step 1: Apply Online


Thank you for your interest in joining the Aruba Tourism Authority team. Before being considered for an interview you need to submit your resume and motivation letter through the ‘Apply’ button. 


For each vacancy, we form a Selection Committee. After response time, the Selection Committee reviews your application to determine whether your qualifications meet the requirements for the position. If you are qualified to continue in the application process, a first interview will be scheduled with the Selection Committee.

Step 2: Interview Process


During the first interview, we will get to know each other, and ask general questions about your background and interests to see if you're the right fit for the position. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the organization and the position to see if the A.T.A. is the right fit for you. At the end of the interview, the Selection Committee will inform you about the remaining selection process.





Step 3:  The final stage!


If you have been selected for the position you will receive a job offer from the HR department. Once an agreement has been reached you will be welcomed to the Aruba Tourism Authority team through A.T.A.’s Onboarding Program.
